There are additional charges and fees for every order

• Hooping Fee $.50 for shirts and simple garments
• Hooping Fee $1.00 for Jackets, Hats, Robes and Complex Items/ Garments

Additional Charges for Specialty orders

• Metallic thread, specialty thread, or custom thread (Not in stock)
• FR *Fire Resistant Thread

+$1/ Item or Garment if Customer supplies them (Please See and Sign Customer Supplied Items Form)

**Individually Bagged or Pinned + $.40/ Item

• Please Allow up to 5 business days for digitizing for custom designs.
• Please allow 5-10 Business days for Stich ready items (This does not include special shipping items form the vendor or digitizing time, or shipping time).
• RUSH Service is available for $1.25/ Item.
• Delivery $10 for up to 20miles. + $2 for every 5 miles thereafter.
• Shipping is available Via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Costs will be added to Invoice.

•  Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Knot Your Average Thread is NOT responsible for embroidering on defective items or incorrect styles, colors and sizes that are sent from vendors.(But if I see something WRONG I will not use defective item).
• Customer Supplied Items and garments have a 1-3% spoilage rate (See Customer Supplied Items Waiver).
• New customers Pay for embroidery work in advance for any digitizing services.
•  50% deposit due a time of Order Placement. Balance is dues upon delivery or Pick up. (Exceptions can be made)
• Orders Cannot be cancelled once processed and 50% Fee Collected.

Company Check or Cash *PREFERRED. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express *Via Square, 3%  additional charged

 (Credit Cards may be used as a hold for a deposit when Company Check is used to Pay in full at time of Pick up, delivery or shipping). TERMS ARE AVAILABLE.

• EXAMPLE: Custom Design $55 + 2 Shirts (Customer Supplied + $2) at 8500 Stitch Count ($12.25 ea.) $24.50 + Hooping fee ($.50 each) $1 + delivery $10 = $94.50
• EXAMPLE: In Stock Lettering $10 + Full Name $12 + 1 Customer Supplied Shirt $1 + Hooping Fee $.50 = $23.50
• EXAMPLE: In Stock Lettering $10 + Monogram (3 Letters) $12 + 1 Polo Shirt Ordered from Vendor (approx.) $20 + Hooping Fee $.50 = $42.50
• EXAMPLE: Custom Design $55 + 25 shirts ordered from vendor (approx.) $5ea. $125 + 25 Shirts at 7500 stich count ($9.40ea.) $235 + Hooping fee ($.50 ea.) $12.50 = $427.50 **If Ordered 25 more shirts at a later time = $372.50

Do You Deliver?

YES! I can deliver up to 20 miles for a flat rate (this includes Durango, Bayfield and Ignacio)

Can you ship my items?

YES I can Ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx

Do you accept PO's?

YES Under certain circumstances, I would need to become a preferred Vendor, for your organization or company FIRST.

What If i  want something I don't see? Can you make it for me?

YES! I love to collaborate with customers on personal designs. I want to make it for you!

What are my Color options for thread?

I have over 1000 Colors to choose from in house.The color combos and opportunities are endless.

Can I bring you a Jacket I already have, and put my name on it?

YES! I can do this, there is a $1/ item charge if the items are brought to me, and the Customer Supplied Item Waiver needs to be signed.

Where can I find hats and jackets to order?

Please Contact me and I can email you a list of my suppliers, so you can browse through garments to find exactly what you are looking for so I can get a quote to you ASAP!
